  • Are your dolls safe for small children (babies and toddlers)?
    No. Our dolls are not intended for children under the age of 3. Each doll comes with a warning tag attached that states: "WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs. Children should always be supervised with this product."
  • Where are you dolls designed?
    Our dolls are designed in Arizona, USA.
  • Where is my order?
    Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days from the time they are placed. Shipping times can vary from 1-14 days depending on your location. Changes to service times can be made at the discretion of the carriers. Please reach out to the shipping carrier for specifics or track online.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the seasonal nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
  • Sales and Promotions
    We occasionally offer promotions and have special sales. Subscribe to stay in the loop. Sale and promotional pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases.
